My daily work out routine includes going up Badger Mountain every day at about five O’clock in the morning. I usually find a few people on their way up and sometimes some of them are on their way down already. If you ever make it up there early in the Spring, the Badger Mountain will welcome you with open arms. She looks at her most beautiful during early spring days when the wild flowers are beginning to blossom. There are colorful patches or blue, yellow and lavender all over the place. The first thing you will notice is the smell of sagebrush at the foot of the mountain. The mornings are usually a little breezy and when it rains in the morning, it brings you that lovely earthy smell mixed with sagebrush and other wild flowers.
